Fancy eating potato wedges? You know, like the ones served at that 'finger-lickin-good' restaurant (albeit instead of being covered in cheese, these are covered in mustard-mayo combination). If yes, then this 'Mustard Mayo Wedges' dish is for you ...but you have to make it yourself.
Don't worry, it is not that hard to prepare. The recipe is quite simple actually. Just follow these simple steps and, insya-Allah, the dish will come out beautifully ;)
Ingredients:
- Potato (peeled)
- Rice flour
- Water
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
- Chili sauce
- Chili flakes
- Parsley flakes
- Olive oil/normal cooking oil
Method:
01.Prepare the coating: combine rice flour, water, black pepper and salt. Whisk evenly.
02.Prepare the sauce: combine mayonnaise and mustard.
03.Cut potatoes into wedges.
04.Coat with the coating and fry in hot oil. Put them aside.
05.Drizzle with mayo mustard sauce, chili sauce and sprinkle some chili flakes and parsley flakes. Enjoy!
