Sometimes we are just too occupied with work that we don't have time to go out for lunch. (I am sure you have experienced that time when you don't even notice that lunch hour had passed!) Nonetheless, having lunch is important so that we would have enough "fuel" to last the day and continue working (until working hours are over, of course!).
So, why not we bring our own lunch to work next time? Here is a simple recipe for a "grab-and-go" lunch. (You can even try this recipe at your office's pantry – if the ingredients and utensils are available...) Happy munch ...oops, "lunch"-ing! :)
